The T-SQL ToDateTimeOffSet is an date function and returns a datetimeoffset value that is translated from a datetime2 expression.
ToDateTimeOffSet Syntax:
TODATETIMEOFFSET ( expression , timezone )
ToDateTimeOffSet Example:
SELECT TODATETIMEOFFSET (GETDATE(), '-01:00') Result_1,
